Pari Pour

About the artist

The artist Pari Pour addresses social problems of the modern age in her works. She illustrates objects of tolerance in religion and culture and at the same time criticizes the increasing globalization. At the same time, she tries to concretely illustrate problems caused by mass media and digitalization. As a conceptual artist, she employs various materials in her work to create three-dimensionality. In order to achieve this, she challenges the viewer to actively engage with her works, reading her messages, or moving in front of the artwork to gain new insights. This is i.a., especially done through the use of masks in the works such as "The Mirror of Love", "Life is a Flower" and "Silver and Gold Mask".
